PLACER COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that the Placer County Air Pollution Control District (APCD) has made a preliminary decision to renew a Title V Permit to Operate, pursuant to District Rule 507, Federal Operating Permit Program, for Western Placer Waste Management Authority, a municipal solid waste landfill located at 3195 Athens Road, Lincoln, CA.
Parties interested in submitting oral comment may attend a hearing scheduled for August 20, 2021, at 9:00 AM. To protect public health due to concerns regarding COVID-19, the hearing will be held remotely via an online teleconference. Parties who would like to obtain or review a copy of the proposed permit and analysis; provide written comments; or obtain online hearing information should contact Emmanuel Orozco at (530) 745-2324, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via mail to Placer County APCD, 110 Maple Street, Auburn, CA, 95603, Attn: Title V Permit - WPWMA.
