Community Air Protection Incentives Program Policies and Procedures Manual Available for Community Review and Input
The District is seeking community input on the Community Air Protection Incentives Program Policies and Procedures Manual (CAP PPM). The focus of the Community Air Protection Incentives Program is to reduce exposure to criteria air pollutants and toxic air contaminants in communities most impacted by air pollution.
The CAP PPM is an addendum to the Placer County Air Pollution Control District’s Policies and Procedures Manual for the Administration of the Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program (Moyer PPM) and these documents can be found at the links below:
