- Board items continued to Sept 1
Published on Aug. 25, 2020
Since early in the COVID-19 pandemic, Placer County has used Zoom to allow remote participation in public meetings. Today Zoom experienced technical issues that prevented public comment on Board of Supervisors proceedings; therefore some items from the Aug. 25 meeting were continued to Sept. 1.
The board moved to continue the public hearing for the Placer County Conservation Program to Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. The board separately moved to continue the remaining items to Sept. 1, at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
Placer County is committed to providing the public with access to safely participate in board meetings. Community members are encouraged to check Placer County’s website for the Sept. 1 meeting agenda and information on public participation opportunities.
