Beginning Monday, October 4th, the Community Development Resources Agency Auburn public counter will be returning to its normal schedule with virtual/in-person appointments and drop-in availability Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Auburn office.
Tahoe City office will maintain its schedule of virtual appointments Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and in-person appointments and drop-in availability Tuesday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon.
Those visiting the counters are encouraged to sign up for an appointment through the County’s eServices online appointments feature. Following an appointment request, customers will be contacted by staff with a meeting invitation and provided the option of either the virtual or in-person appointment. Virtual appointments will be done via Microsoft Teams. It is important to include your e-mail address when making an appointment through our eServices online feature.

For virtual appointments, please download the Microsoft Teams application on your laptop or PC. This download is also available for your cell phone using either Google Play Store or Apple App Store. When it is safe to return to in-person counter services, the following scheduled will resume:
