- Placer Commuter Express Reduction
Published March 23, 2020
Placer County Transit remains committed to the health and safety of their riders, continuing to monitor ridership and service levels.
Due to significantly decreased demand on our Placer Commuter Express service to Sacramento, we will be operating two commuter bus schedules each day instead of our regular four schedules beginning on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 until further notice.
These changes are being made in the interest of public health and safety to limit the use of public transit for essential travel only such as work, health care and nutrition. Learn more about the county’s travel policy here: https://www.placer.ca.gov/6446/About-Novel-Coronavirus-COVID-19
