Free online search directory access helps businesses loop into commercial real estate in Placer County
Published on January 30, 2018
Placer County is one of the fastest growing counties in the state with an abundance of opportunities for small and large businesses alike.
Helping to fuel economic growth, Placer’s Office of Economic Development recently partnered with LoopLink, an online commercial real estate marketplace, providing prospective business owners a free online search directory for available commercial real estate property in Placer.
Now available through the economic development website, LoopLink lets users search for available commercial land, office space, industrial and retail property for sale or for lease in Placer County.
“LoopLink is the premier online directory to connect tenants and investors to commercial real estate available for sale and lease,” said Placer County Office of Economic Development Director Sherri Conway. “Our economic development team is excited to offer this free resource to our business community and stands ready to assist business owners, property owners and commercial brokers, helping promote economic growth."
Visitors can now quickly and easily browse commercial properties across Placer. Using a robust search platform, users can scan for properties on a map or filter searches for properties based on property type, location, keyword and agent name.
Placer’s Office of Economic Development has a number of projects planned for the coming year to advance county economic development goals. Among them is making the best possible data available to existing and prospective business owners. Placer has launched a new online dashboard, Choose Placer, to assist in making better informed business decisions.
Economic development staff are available to assist with additional resources. They can be reached at 530-886-4016.
