Zoning Administrator &                                   Parcel Review Committee        

Zoning Administrator and Parcel Review Committee Meetings are held every third Thursday of the month at 10:00 AM in the Planning Commission Hearing Room located at the Community Development Resource Center at 3091 County Center Drive, Auburn, CA. Public Comment will be opened for each agenda item in the sequence, so be prepared to speak on the specific item you wish to comment on when the Zoning Administrator opens public comment for that item. The meetings can be accessed via:

Computer: Before the scheduled meeting which begins at 10:00 a.m., citizens can access Zoom to attend or view meetings. The meeting moderator will let you into the meeting. To make a public comment on an item, you must select the "Raise Hand" button so the moderator knows you would like to speak. **Please keep your microphone muted until directed to speak.**

Telephone: There are two toll-free numbers provided by Zoom for you to call in to listen to the public meeting.888-788-0099 or 877-853-5247, Webinar ID: 964 3768 7346. When prompted to enter the Meeting ID, please enter 874 6724 7889 to join the meeting. When using the telephone, please press *6 to mute / un-mute yourself (you will hear "You have been muted"). To make a public comment on an item you must "Raise your Hand" by pressing *9. This informs the moderator you would like to speak and will let you know when it is time to do so.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Each commenter is entitled to 3 minutes of comment time.

• Citizens may email comments to the Zoning Administrator/Parcel Review Committee Clerk, or mail the same to the Zoning Administrator Clerk, 3091 County Center Dr., Auburn, CA 95603.

• All public comments received prior to 8:00 a.m. the day of the meeting will be provided to the Zoning Administrator electronically or in written format.

• Emails received through the Clerk’s email address during the meeting become part of the record for the Zoning Administrator meeting and will be retained by the Clerk.

• Zoning Administrator agendas are posted for review on the County's website along with action agendas following the hearing.
