Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report of the County of Placer is mandated by Sections 25250 and 25253 of the Government Code of the State of California. These statutes require that the County annually issue a report of its financial position and activity, and that the report be audited by an independent firm of certified public accountants. Single Audit Report
The Single Audit report is prepared in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget’s Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). The report includes the independent auditor’s reports on internal controls and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, schedule of expenditures of Federal awards (SEFA), schedule of findings and questioned costs, and corrective action plan and summary schedule of prior audit findings.
