For the safety of our clients and workers, due to COVID-19/Coronavirus, the Placer County Veterans Services Office is limiting in-person contact.  The Veterans Services Office lobby will be open Monday thru Friday from 1pm to 5pm.

You can still apply, submit documents or ask questions – For your safety, we would prefer that you please dial 916-780-3290 and leave a message and we will return your phone call within 48 hours. Additionally, you may mail documents to the following address: 1000 Sunset Blvd., Suite 115, Rocklin, CA 95765. 

The Placer County Veterans Services Office is available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day online at www.placer.ca.gov/veterans.

Veterans Services Strategic Plan Survey

The Placer County Veterans Office is creating a strategic plan to help drive our focus and serve our veterans. We are asking for Placer County’s active duty service persons and veterans for their input for the direction of Placer County’s Veterans Office via Survey Monkey or paper mail. 

  • Please use the link for the survey, or request a paper survey to be mailed directly to your home by calling 916-780-3294. The survey will close on February 15, 2021.

  • The results of the survey will be used to help our Veterans Services Office better respond to the changing needs of Placer County Veterans and their families.  

As a reminder, any veterans seeking assistance with claims or interested in learning more about available benefits can contact our Placer County Veterans Services Office. Due to the COVID emergency, we have limited some in-person appointments and walk-in services. Please call us at 916-780-3294, or consult our website at https://www.placer.ca.gov/1875/Veterans to confirm office hours. Our office is located at 1000 Sunset Blvd, Suite 115, Rocklin, CA 95765.
