Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible project types are non-residential electric charging stations, natural gas, and hydrogen fueling stations.
- Infrastructure projects will be subject to a competitive review process conducted by District staff.
- Incomplete and/or late applications will be disqualified. Projects which do not meet the eligibility requirements listed in the application or within the Carl Moyer Guidelines will be ineligible for review.
- Project funds may be oversubscribed which means not all eligible projects will receive funding. Should more qualifying projects be received than can be funded, it will be at the discretion of the Air Pollution Control Officer to make final award determinations.

Waitlist
Applicants will receive notification of project status via email within 30 days of application receipt. Applicants that are not awarded funds due to a lack of funding, but would otherwise be eligible for a grant have the option of being placed on a waitlist. Applicants will automatically remain on the waitlist for up to 6 months. Applicants that would like to remain on the waitlist after 6 months have passed must email us a request.
