Facilities Management plans, constructs, manages and operates Placer County’s buildings, properties, infrastructure and assets to bring value to the Public, maximizing useful life and economic opportunity, through efficient and effective service delivery and prudent fiscal management.
With integrity and dedication, the Building Maintenance staff provide essential cleaning, repair, and maintenance of our County owned and operated facilities ensuring health and safety for Placer County employees and the general public.
The Capital Improvements Division is responsible for the implementation of facility improvements in support of county services for the citizens and employees of Placer County.

The Real Estate Services Division leases and manages county-owned properties and finds, leases, sells and purchases real estate to support County operations and development.
