REGULATORY MEASURES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ADOPTION IN 2019 A list of regulatory measures tentatively scheduled for consideration by the Placer County Air Pollution Control District during the 2019 calendar year has been prepared pursuant to Section 40923 of the California Health and Safety Code. The regulatory measures list is composed of air pollution control requirements or guidelines that may be considered for adoption as new or amended rules and regulations of the District. The list for 2019 will be available for public review on January 1, 2019, at the District office and on the District’s webpage. Any person may inform the District of any existing federal or state air pollution control requirement or guideline, or proposed or existing District air pollution control requirement or guideline that applies to the same type of source or equipment in the District as any proposed new or amended District rule or regulation on the District’s list of regulatory measures. The list of measures may be reviewed at the District Office at 110 Maple Street, Auburn, California, 95603, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
