The application submittal period is open from August 15, 2018 through September 28, 2018, 5:00 pm. Please submit original hard copy applications. Faxed or emailed applications will not be considered for funding.
Eligible project types are non-residential electric charging stations, natural gas, and hydrogen fueling stations.
Infrastructure projects will be subject to a competitive review process conducted by District staff. The criteria for which projects will be evaluated can be found here. Incomplete and late applications will be disqualified. Projects which do not meet the eligibility requirements listed in the application or within the Carl Moyer Guidelines will be ineligible for review. Project funds may be oversubscribed which means not all eligible projects will receive funding. Should more qualifying projects be received than can be funded, it will be at the discretion of the Air Pollution Control Officer to make final award determinations.
